The woman who assaulted the KIA car park employee grabbed.
A young woman who was shown in a viral video assaulting a parking valet at Kotoka International Airport has been detained by the Airport Police Command (KIA).
The woman was parked near the pedestrian crossing at the departure frontage of Terminal 3, according to the administration of the Ghana Airports Company Limited.
Her car was clamped because she refused to move.
She then exited the car, took the clamp off, and flung it at the parking attendant, hurting him in the process.
“On Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at around 10:45 am, a female foreigner parked on the Pedestrian crossing at Terminal 3 departure frontage, Kotoka International Airport,” according to a statement from the Ghana Airports Company management (KIA). The parking lot attendant asked her to relocate her car, but she resisted. The result was that the car was hurt.
She exited the car in a fit of wrath, took the clamp off, and tossed it at the parking attendant, hurting him in the process. She was then detained by police officers stationed at the airport and delivered to the airport police station, it said.
