Conrad Dumbah, a Ghanaian professional accountant and auditor who resides in the UK, has formally begun his campaign to lead the NDC-UK & Ireland Chapter.
Mr. Dumbah claims that his goal is to establish a powerful and hardy chapter that will help the party seize back control and oust the NPP in 2024.
Speaking about his platform during the virtual launch of his campaign under the heading “Building a stronger and resilient chapter to agenda 2024,” Mr. Dumbah pledged to support the growth of the opposition NDC’s UK and Ireland chapter.
He also gave party members assurances on financial openness, caution, and responsibility.
He claims that if the aforementioned goals are met, the chapter will be placed on a solid foundation for the future.
Dumbah revealed that the chapter’s financial sources will be diversified with a six-figure number as the aim in order to support the party’s 2024 effort to wrest control back from the ruling New Patriotic Party.
Dumbah also offered his congratulations to the NDC’s recent regional election winners. Regional executives were chosen nationwide over the weekend by the opposition party, however some regions still need to vote.
Dumbah urged the newly chosen officials to serve the party’s goals. In order to ensure success for the party in 2024, he also pleaded with the winners to recruit the losers.
